Set in a land much like Bohemia, 16 Winters imagines the unknowable events of the 16 year gap between Acts 3 and 4 of Shakespeare's The Winter’s Tale. By igniting a conversation between Shakespeare's classic and the next generation of storytellers, 16 Winters lifts up the question of how we outlive tragedy and explores the hope, love, and faith required for enacting radical forgiveness - a first step towards radical change.

Directed by company member Kea Trevett, the workshop will explore a new draft of this play originally commissioned by the American Shakespeare Center. Stay tuned!
